Promotional Pricing Terms

Overview

From time to time, MedSpas.AI (Nick Dan Consulting LLC, d/b/a MedSpas.AI) may offer promotional pricing on our consulting services (Audit, Build, or Support) at amounts that differ from our standard published rates. These Promotional Pricing Terms govern all such promotional offers.

Sole Discretion

Promotional pricing is offered at MedSpas.AI’s sole and absolute discretion. The amount, availability, eligibility criteria, and duration of any promotional offer are determined by MedSpas.AI on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to offer the same or any promotional pricing to any other prospective client, at any future time, or under any specific circumstance.

Eligibility

Promotional pricing is typically extended to specific categories of prospects, including but not limited to:

• Guests of the MedSpas.AI Podcast or other MedSpas.AI media properties
• Referrals from existing MedSpas.AI clients or partners
• Select qualified prospects identified through MedSpas.AI’s outreach efforts
• Other categories as MedSpas.AI may designate from time to time

Acceptance of a promotional offer requires MedSpas.AI’s qualification review and written confirmation before any binding engagement.

Modification and Revocation

MedSpas.AI may modify or revoke any promotional offer at any time prior to execution of the applicable Audit Agreement, Statement of Work, or other binding engagement document. Any such modification or revocation will be communicated in writing (including by email) to the prospective client before the offer is honored.

Good-Faith Honoring

Where MedSpas.AI publicly advertises a promotional offer with a defined window or published qualification criteria, MedSpas.AI will honor the advertised offer in good faith during the advertised window for prospects who meet the published qualification criteria. Modifications or revocations during an advertised window will be communicated clearly before any prospective client reliance.

Binding Effect Upon Execution

Upon execution of an engagement document at a promotional fee, the promotional fee shall constitute the binding Fee under that engagement document for all purposes, including the non-refundable provisions of the applicable agreement. The fact that a promotional fee differs from MedSpas.AI’s standard published rates shall not be construed as a partial refund, rebate, or credit.

Relationship to Other Terms

These Promotional Pricing Terms supplement and do not modify any executed engagement document. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed Audit Agreement, Master Consulting Agreement, or Statement of Work, the executed engagement document shall control.
