How to Submit a Request

You may submit a verifiable consumer request using the form below. You may also submit a request by contacting us or by emailing legal@medspas.ai.

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 45 calendar days as required by California law. In some cases, we may need an additional 45 days, in which case we will notify you.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Please include documentation of your authorization when submitting.
