## What We Do

We provide AI implementation consulting for the Med Spa industry. Our work is structured in three phases:

1. **AI Audit** — A 3-session deep dive into a Med Spa's current operations to identify exactly where AI can save time, increase bookings, and grow profit. We deliver a custom AI Scaling Roadmap.

2. **AI Build** — We implement custom AI agents, automations, and workflows tailored to the Med Spa's specific needs. By default, all AI systems are deployed to the client's own infrastructure (their AWS, Supabase, Vercel, Twilio accounts) under our Pure Client-Hosts architecture, so MedSpas.AI does not actively handle Protected Health Information (PHI).

3. **AI Support** — Optional ongoing support to keep AI systems running smoothly, up-to-date, and with continued training.

For default engagements (Audit, Build, Support), we operate under a Pure Client-Hosts architecture so PHI does not flow through MedSpas.AI systems. Level 3 or Level 4 engagements involve active PHI processing on Consultant-Managed Infrastructure governed by the BAA plus HIPAA-grade vendor add-ons.
